Fed up with the violent corruption in the city, an NYPD cop who loses his partner quits the force to carry out his own brand of vigilante justice.

元々『BETde嵐』の最終対決として嵐5人によるババ抜き対決を行い、好評につき最終的には独立する事になった。 　　ルールは通常のババ抜きと同じで、時計回りにカードを引いていき、揃った地点で手札から捨てていく。これを繰り返し、最後にジョーカーを持ったプレイヤーが負け。 　　2016年からシャッフルタイムが導入され、サイコロで出たアルファベット一文字で書かれたテーブル席に座っているメンバー同士でカードを交換するルールが設けられた。足のペダルを踏む事で発動する。ジョーカーを持ったプレイヤーのみが使用可能で、1人につき1回しか使う事ができず、また残り2人になると、その時点で使用回数が残っていても使用できない。形勢を一気に覆す切り札だが、無関係なプレイヤー同士での手札の交換もある為、戦況の見極め、そして運も重要となる。 　　また２０１８年４月１２日放送の第１３回大会からサイコロが変更され、出目が 　　「右１」→全員が1席右隣りのプレイヤーと手札を交換 　　「左１」→全員が1席左隣りのプレイヤーと手札を交換 　　「対面（トイメン）」→全員が向かい合う席のプレイヤーと手札を交換 　　「ドクロマーク」→シャッフル失敗（手札の交換は無し）　　　　　　　となった。 　　更に5人で行われた決勝戦では「対面」の目が無くなった代わりに「右2」（全員が2席右隣りのプレイヤーと手札を交換）、「左2」（全員が2席左隣りのプレイヤーと手札を交換）の目が追加された。 　　完全な負け残り制で、予選で負けた4人又は3人が当代の最弱王（最弱王はシードで決勝から登場）と決勝戦で戦い、最後に残った人物に『最弱王』という不名誉な称号が与えられる。予選に1組につき1人は嵐のメンバーが配置されている。嵐以外のプレイヤーが最弱王になった場合、次の大会にも必ず出場しなければならない。
