Fed up with the violent corruption in the city, an NYPD cop who loses his partner quits the force to carry out his own brand of vigilante justice.

The skyscrapers of New York glisten like golden lights on an Xmas tree, but all is not well in the city and violent corruption runs amok. 元々『BETde嵐』の最終対決として嵐5人によるババ抜き対決を行い、好評につき最終的には独立する事になった。 　　ルールは通常のババ抜きと同じで、時計回りにカードを引いていき、揃った地点で手札から捨てていく。これを繰り返し、最後にジョーカーを持ったプレイヤーが負け。 　　2016年からシャッフルタイムが導入され、サイコロで出たアルファベット一文字で書かれたテーブル席に座っているメンバー同士でカードを交換するルールが設けられた。足のペダルを踏む事で発動する。ジョーカーを持ったプレイヤーのみが使用可能で、1人につき1回しか使う事ができず、また残り2人になると、その時点で使用回数が残っていても使用できない。形勢を一気に覆す切り札だが、無関係なプレイヤー同士での手札の交換もある為、戦況の見極め、そして運も重要となる。 　　また２０１８年４月１２日放送の第１３回大会からサイコロが変更され、出目が 　　「右１」→全員が1席右隣りのプレイヤーと手札を交換 　　「左１」→全員が1席左隣りのプレイヤーと手札を交換 　　「対面（トイメン）」→全員が向かい合う席のプレイヤーと手札を交換 　　「ドクロマーク」→シャッフル失敗（手札の交換は無し）　　　　　　　となった。 　　更に5人で行われた決勝戦では「対面」の目が無くなった代わりに「右2」（全員が2席右隣りのプレイヤーと手札を交換）、「左2」（全員が2席左隣りのプレイヤーと手札を交換）の目が追加された。 　　完全な負け残り制で、予選で負けた4人又は3人が当代の最弱王（最弱王はシードで決勝から登場）と決勝戦で戦い、最後に残った人物に『最弱王』という不名誉な称号が与えられる。予選に1組につき1人は嵐のメンバーが配置されている。嵐以外のプレイヤーが最弱王になった場合、次の大会にも必ず出場しなければならない。
